Our maintenance contracts start from 150€/month for small villas with quarterly visits, up to 600€/month for luxury villas with full monthly service including pool and garden. The price depends on property size, visit frequency and included services. We provide personalised quotes with no obligation.
Our contracts include regular inspections (monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly depending on the plan), inspection of electrical systems, plumbing and air conditioning, small repairs included, filter cleaning, reports after each visit, and priority emergency response. Pool, garden and cleaning services can be added as required.
Yes — we specialise in tourist rental properties. We carry out check-in before each guest arrival (checking water, electricity, air conditioning and appliances), check-out after departures, manage emergencies during stays, and coordinate cleaning teams. Our vacation rental clients particularly value our fast response times.
We offer a 24/7 emergency service 365 days a year. For any emergency (water leak, electrical fault, guest issues, etc.) just call our emergency number and we will have a technician at your property in under 2 hours. Contract clients receive absolute priority.
Yes — after each maintenance visit we send a full report with photos of the overall condition, work carried out, issues found and recommendations. For vacation rentals, we send reports after each check-in/out. You can also request ad hoc reports or specific inspections at any time.
Yes — we coordinate all services your villa may need: gardeners, pool cleaners, cleaning companies, locksmiths, glaziers, etc. We work with a network of trusted suppliers in Ibiza and handle quotes, supervise work and centralise invoicing. That way you only deal with us.
